MSMS Band Audio Clips

Updated 1/18/11
WELCOME!  In the sidebars you will find audio clips for music we are working on in band, as well as pdf's of our warm up books.  Scroll down to find the song your looking for and click - it should play right from this site. You may also download files to your computer to practice along with.

<- Stage Band Audio - Our arrangements to play-a-long with in this order: Cantaloupe Island; Clocks; Jungle Boogie, Midnight Hour, and Brown Eyed Girl. Original recordings of: Cantaloupe Island by Herbie Hancock; Clocks by Coldplay; Jungle Boogie by Kool and The Gang, In The Midnight Hour by Wilson Pickett, and Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison..

-> Symphonic Band Audio - Our arrangements of: 1 Canticum; 2 O Mio Babbono Carro; 3 21 Guns; 4  Hey, Soul Sister; 5 Final Countdown; 6 Lady Gaga Dance Mix. Originals of: 7 O Mio Babbino Carro by Puccini; 8 21 Guns by Greenday; and 9 Final Countdown by Lief Garrett. We just added a recording of the second movement of Symphont No. 9, and a NH district band that Mr. B. conducted on 2002 playing our arrangement of New World Symphony.  A little slow, but gives you an idea.

-> Concert Band Audio - Our arrangements of 1 Aline; 2 Clarinet Cookin'; 3 a very short clip of the intro to Japanese Folk Trilogy; Celtic Air & Dance; Beatles: 1964; 6 Pirattes of the Carribean (this fades from one part of the piece into another.  It is not the whole arrangement).

<- Diggin' My New Wing - the Fall Playing Assessment piece for all band students. First there is a full recording with melody, accompaniment and snare part; then just accompaniment to practice with; and finally accompaniment with just snare part (minus flams).

<- Warm Up Books - Scroll down to find your part (these files are 20 pages each). These are listed in alphabetical order: Alto-Bari Sax; Clarinet; Flute; Horn; Percussion; Tenor Sax; Trombone; Trumpet; Tuba.
